SRR Workpaper Review ER RM12

Drop the three RentManager exports for one Eagle Rock property — Summary Rent Roll, Charge Detail (the AME month with the month before and after) and Market Rent Analysis — plus any lease PDFs. Every row is classified and every rent charge is tied to the ledger, prorated to the day and checked against the lease; the monthly SRR workpaper comes back in the accountant's own layout with an Evidence tab behind every comment. Deterministic first; Claude only reads leases and never invents a figure.
